A simple service to help you find the right furnishings for your new home. One of our bilingual assistants, with an understanding and flair for interior design, will help you find what you need. They will negotiate for you, arrange deliveries and generally guide you through finding the right sputters to achieve the kind of interior you want. Charged on a daily rate of €150 per day. Again, a simple but time saving service for newcomers to Greece. You will need to change the electricity, water and phone bills into your name. One of our assistants will do this for you, visiting the various offices and ensuring that all the facts are correct. A flat fee of €150 is charged for this. (Back to top)
We can arrange the rental of your property for any duration from one week (during the summer holiday season) to six months. We charge a fee of 5% of the rental income for this service. (Back to top)
Even though we do not operate as a travel agency we have established links with the major airiness, hotel groups and ferry companies operating in Greece. Elly, in our UK office, will be pleased to advise you and make travel and accommodating bookings. We charge a simple €10 fee for each transaction. (Back to top)
If you decide you want to sell your home in Greece, please consider using us as your estate agents. There is always more demand for our properties than we can satisfy and we have established connections with major agencies in most European countries.
