We only ever
have a small selection of properties for sale (remember, we are not a
real estate agency but are in the business of selling the properties we
own and have fully renovated). The selling prices shown below are for
the properties once all renovation works have been completed. We are always
willing to sell properties at an earlier stage and will negotiate accordingly
(offering our services to complete any works at a guaranteed price). This
is often a good strategy as renovated properties are difficult to find
in Greece and demand is high. May we also offer a cautionary note: Whilst
it may seem advantageous to purchase and renovate a property in Greece
yourself this is a very difficult thing to accomplish if you are not living
permanently in the country or speak the language. Stories of problems
with local builders, boundary disputes and incomplete title deeds abound
