Agios Matheos

Busy farming village to the south of Corfu Town. Close to beaches. The Village has a public swimming pool with bar and patio. The main street is full of cafes, shops and tavernas. Unlike many places, Agio Matheos is a bustling place all year round with a real sense of community. It is a 'real' greek village. Prices in this area have yet to spiral upwards as they have in the more fashionable North East of the island.
