Our Company

Blue Sky Enterprises is a Greek company (registered as: S.Hills and D.Marshall OE, t/a Blue Sky Enterprises). The company's Directors are both British. Danny Marshall, lives in the UK and is responsible for finance and marketing. Steve Hills, lives in Corfu, Greece, and is responsible for acquisitions and renovations of homes in corfu.

The company is funded by a group of private investors in the UK, working through an English registered business: Blue Sky Properties Limited Partnership.

Homes Corfu

We maintain offices in both the UK and Greece (Corfu), with a small staff in each location. Our expertise is in the acquisition and renovation of properties in the Eastern Mediterranean, especially Corfu. In association with architects, civil engineers and local building contractors we oversee the entire renovation process.

Our staff speak a number of languages and can conduct business in: English, Greek, Russian, Italian, Spanish and French.

Please note, we are not an estate agency. We buy, renovate and re-sell only our own properties. We do not 'sell off plan', act on behalf of other vendors or use institutional financing. Our company is funded by private investors. We believe that we are unique in both our approach and structure.
