Find
and Convert
We
are constantly travelling around Corfu and Greece and see a wide variety
of properties for sale that are suitable for renovation, but we cannot
buy them all! However, our knowledge of the area and ability to negotiate
favourable prices can be used to find exactly the right property for you.
Often it is just a matter on starting up a conversation with a local (speaking
fluent Greek helps with this!) and asking if they know of any properties
suitable for renovation. They generally do and then introduce us to the
owner, who has a brother, that has an old house.....etc. etc. Laborious
maybe, but it helps us find places at favourable prices before they go
onto the open market.
To
try and achieve the same thing yourself during a short holiday is, to
be quite honest, impossible. Realising that many potential buyers are
often frustrated by the relaxed way things are done here (and, the time
it all takes) we decided to launch our 'Find and Convert' service.

service is extremely easy to use:

Your
budget (including renovation work)
Any other requirements such as a garden or garage
Step
Two
We
will use our contacts to locate a number of potential properties and
email photographs and descriptions back to you . We make no charge
for the first two levels of our 'Find & Convert' service.
Step
Three
If you see something you like, mail us back and we will check the title
of the property and produce a detailed renovation plan with full costings
and timings. Our charge for this service is 1,000 euros (which
is deducted from your renovation budget if you decide to contract with
us).
Step
Four
You
are invited to enter into a 'acquire and renovate contract' with us.
We will then oversee them acquisition process for you (although, of
course, full title will be in your name) and complete all the renovations
works to a pre-agreed budget, payment and timing plan.
